Great Northern Inns have sponsored The Bench season cards and matchday tickets for the forthcoming campaign. 

As part of the partnership, the Magpies supporters will be able to take advantage of exclusive deals in Nottingham pubs, such as the Trent Navigation Inn, The Southbank Bar, The Approach, Cross Keys, Copper and The Ned Ludd. 

Dave Willans, owner of Great Northern Inns, said: “We’ll be looking to put different offers on at different times throughout the season. 

“It gives a little bit more value to Notts County supporters and season ticket holders who want to frequent our establishments.

Shaun Derry is working hard on restructuring the Notts County squad this summer and has identified a key area to focus on that will significantly strengthen our club going into the new season - our fans. 

The Black and White Army were tremendous in helping the Magpies to complete The Great Escape and the club wants to ensure that we can keep up the momentum on and off the pitch in 2014.15. 

That is why Notts are seeking your signature for The Bench. Become part of a unique, invaluable, and unprecedented resource for the manager to call upon both on matchdays and in the build-up to games.

Following the Early Bird Discount, which saw prices reduced to the lowest rate since 2010, the club has frozen last year's season ticket prices for the 2014.15 campaign and added a number of appealing extras that will appeal to all of our supporters. 

The most poignant way we believe we can thank you for your support is to make you part of the team.

Every signing to The Bench for the new season will be treated as a new recruit and will receive a commemorative contract, including their Bench squad number.

Every member of The Bench will benefit from a 10% discount on the 2014.15 home kit during the opening weekend of sales after launch.

You’ll also be able to pick up a copy of the club’s award-winning matchday magazine, The Mag, at every home league game throughout the season as part of your package.

In the build-up to every game, The Bench will play a key part in the club’s preparations, with a draw to take place ahead of the season to pick a weekly team of four members to undertake key duties around each home league match.

That will see a member of The Bench invited along to the pre-match media session, where they will have a chance to put their questions to the manager and a player, whilst also getting a unique insight to the work that goes on behind the scenes ahead of every game.

On the day of the match itself, a Matchday Representative and Junior Matchday Representative will have their name included on the back of the matchday magazine and on the official teamsheet.

However, even those that aren’t called up for these very unique duties can still contribute, with every member of The Bench encouraged to send in their motivational matchday messages ahead of each fixture and after the game the manager will choose his MOTM (Message of the Match), which will be announced on the club’s official website.

The Bench isn’t just about matchdays though, every member will also be given the chance to contribute to exclusive online surveys throughout the season and invited along to forum groups to ensure that the club is working in the best interests of our supporters.
