Young Notts fans Eoin and Vinnie Johnston-McCondach will be celebrating their 13th birthday by both being the club’s mascots against FC Halifax Town this Saturday...
The twins who live and go to school in Halifax are incredibly excited already about the game are both predicting big wins for the Magpies.
Father Ian McCondach told The Official Site: “They are both really looking forward to the game and meeting the player. They are very confident about the outcome with Eoin predicting a 3-1 win and Vinnie thinks Notts will come on top with a 4-2 win.
“They are keen to put one over their mates at their schools and hope Notts can push on from last season and achieve a play-off position.
“I’d of course like to thank both clubs for organising such a birthday treat for the boys. I’m sure it will live long in the memory.”
Eoin’s favourite player is Alan Smith, whilst Vinnie’s is Fabian Spiess.
The club would like to wish the pair a very happy birthday.
