The Notts County squad and staff were put through their paces at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire as part of the pre-season preparations for 2014.15.
The Magpies donned their RAF jumpsuits and took on a number of challenges, including two gruelling circuits, some teamwork and trust exercises, and some daunting high challenges.Organised by head of performance Lee Taylor, it was an enjoyable, yet tough, day for the Magpies, the benefits were there to be seen at the end of the nine-hour session.
