Notts County striker Tyrell Waite scored twice for Ilkeston FC in their 5-1 thumping of Droylesden FC.
Waite gave the Robins an early lead with a close-range finish, before repeating the act for his second goal.
North of the border, Danny Haynes made his debut for Hibernian as a 60th minute substitute appearance.
Hibs were beaten 3-2, though the frontman almost levelled with a near-post effort in the dying stages.
Completing the loan round-up, midfielder Kyle Dixon played 79 minutes, before being replaced by former Magpie Ben Fairclough, as Boston United were beaten 2-1 by Brackley Town.
Dixon was also in action last Tuesday night in a 2-1 triumph over Histon.
