James Family Sign Up To The Bench

7 April 2014

The club are delighted to announce new signing Adam James who has put pen to paper and joined The Bench, along with his family, ahead of the 2014.15 campaign.

Adam, who is a lifelong supporter, is a first time season ticket holder and is chuffed to support his beloved club in the Kop next year.

He along with his wife Kelly was given a guided tour and a look behind the scenes after buying his new membership from the Ticket Office.

He told the Official Site just why he chose this season to have his own permanent seat for the first time.

He said: “It’s my first ever season ticket, so I’m chuffed to be able to come down to Meadow Lane on a regular basis.

“I’m ecstatic and we are all hoping it will be in League One. My family are half Forest, half Notts, so I had a choice to make, but I followed my Dad and supported the Magpies ever since.

“I’ve been all over the country and of course the Wembley visits, but this is my first ever season ticket here at the Lane.

“I think the initiative is very good and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I’ve not been able to financially in the past, but now I can and I’m chuffed.

“My wife and my kids Abigail and Joshua will be joining me, with their free Under 7s tickets, and I’ve got my little girl singing her heart out non-stop ‘Shaun Derry’s Black & White Army’! She loves the Magpies as much as me!

“It’s been great to be able to go behind the scenes and have a look round the club.

“To see the dressing room, go onto the pitch and see where interviews take place it’s all really interesting. It makes you feel part of the team. We obviously come down at the weekend, but it’s great to see other parts of the club, which you don’t usually get to see.”

The club are delighted to welcome the James family to The Bench and we hope you enjoy the 2014.15 campaign.
