Two lifelong fans will be wheeling away from Meadow Lane in a brand new car this Saturday thanks to Notts County Lifeline.
Richard and Barbara Domanski from Hucknall were drawn as the lucky winners of a Hyundai car at the annual draws, which took place at the Tranmere Rovers game last month.
They will collect their prize at this weekend’s Crewe Alexandra fixture and the duo could not be happier with the news.
Richard, who has been a member of Lifeline since 2010, told the official site: “I was shocked because you never think it happens to you – and then it did!
“It was the wife’s birthday on Saturday so it was a nice birthday present for her.
“It couldn’t have come at a better time.
“For two quid a week – the price of a pint – we’ve won a car and we couldn’t be more pleased.”
Barbara added: “It’s a great birthday present, I’m really happy.
“It’s a lovely car and I’m looking forward to driving it.
“We’re going to be selling the old car now as well and using that money to go on holiday so it’s made a big difference to our lives.”
You could be the next big winners through Lifeline so make sure you sign up for just £2 a week.
