Notts County duo Andre Boucaud and Mustapha Dumbuya are set to represent their countries during the international break.
Boucaud is in the Trinidad & Tobago squad to face United Arab Emirates on Thursday 5 September.
Dumbuya is in line to gain his second cap for Sierre Leone against Equatorial Guinea on Saturday 6 September.
Development squad defender Jordan Holt is also on the standby list for Wales Under-21s, while Greg Tempest has been withdrawn from the Northern Ireland Under-21 squad to face Belgium through injury.

As a result of the international call-ups, the Magpies’ scheduled Sky Bet League 1 encounter has been switched to Tuesday 17 September (7.45pm kick-off).
