A Nottinghamshire school was recently treated to a visit from two Notts County players as they celebrated National Poetry Day.
Alan Sheehan and David Bell stopped off at Redhill Academy to help the school’s Year 7 students with their poems, offering their own ideas to more than 60 pupils.
The duo also offered insight to the Year 11 student’s PE topic Media and Sponsorship’s Influence on Sport during a 15-minute question and answer session.
Children at the learning establishment were excited to have the Magpies players in attendance and were able to get plenty of photos and autographs.
