Notts County supporters who have experienced problems using their season cards on the turnstiles are asked to visit the Meadow Lane ticket office before Saturday’s game against Preston North End where they will be issued with a replacement card.
The club has identified a problem with the access control system failing to read some barcodes on season cards that were printed over the summer and have redesigned the printing on the cards to accommodate a larger barcode that has resolved this issue under testing.
Many supporters have already been issued with new cards that have the larger barcode printed on them.
The club would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue but assure fans that we are confident that the new barcode design has rectified the problem and it will not reoccur in the future.
