Magpies Visit Children's Hospital

25 March 2013

The Notts County players made a special visit to Nottingham Children’s Hospital on Monday afternoon.

First team players Bartosz Bialkowski, Jeff Hughes, Alan Judge, Dean Leacock, Gary Liddle, Enoch Showunmi, Manny Smith and Francois Zoko, along with chief executive Jim Rodwell, were present and delivered Easter eggs and gifts kindly donated by Magpies’ supporters.

The visit was headed up by Notts fan Rob Bristol, who started up the yearly Easter and Christmas visits in 2005 and they have gone from strength-to-strength with every visit.

A big thank you goes out to the fans that have kindly donated the items, as well as loyal supporter Andy Black, who helped out with the delivery of the eggs.

A special mention also goes out to the Phoenix Primary School from Gedling, who dropped off 30 Easter eggs ahead of the visit.
