Midfielder Joss Labadie has joined Torquay United on loan until the end of the season.
Labadie, 22, joined Notts County in the summer from npower League 1 rivals Tranmmere Rovers.
The former West Bromwich Albion trainee has made 25 appearances for the Magpies this term, though only six of those have been starts.
Torquay are currently 20th in npower League 2 and Labadie will add quality to their midfield, as they fight to hold onto their Football League status over the remaining 11 matches.
Notts can recall the player at 24 hours' notice after the initial 28 days
