A number of Notts County fans were fortunate enough to be drawn out as match ticket winners for our next home game against Yeovil Town (3pm kick-off on Monday 1 April).
Courtesy of our season ticket sponsors Wok & Go, customers that purchased a large box of rice or noodles were entered into a competition to watch a match at Meadow Lane for free.
Defenders Julian Kelly and Krystian Pearce stopped off at Wok & Go's Pelham Street restaurant in Nottingham city centre to deliver the prizes to the lucky winners.
One of the supporters, James Flanagan, expressed his delight at claiming the match tickets.
He said: “It couldn’t come have a better time really as I’ve recently lost my job and couldn’t get a season ticket. It should be a good game.”
Another prize winner, Lee Sykes, will be watching the Magpies in action for the first time.
He explained: “I’ve never been to Meadow Lane before, so me and my mates are all excited to come along and have a good day out.”
The club would like to thank Wok & Go for their continued support during 2012.13.
