The club shop took delivery of the final t-shirt design in the Legend of the Lane range on Wednesday, with Brian Stubbs dropping in to see the new garment for himself.
The ‘Legends of the Lane’ range was launched last week, with a range of five t-shirts, four matching mug designs and a framed ticket collection providing a range of gifts that would be ideal for Father’s Day on Sunday 16 June.
Four of the t-shirt designs, featuring Tommy Lawton, Jimmy Sirrel, Don Masson and Les Bradd arrived in store on Friday but there was a slight delay on the fifth design, which features former defender Brian Stubbs.
‘The Enforcer’, as he is labelled on his t-shirt, visited the club shop to see the t-shirt for himself on Wednesday and was delighted with the design, which is replicated on a matching mug.
The t-shirts are available for £15 each, whilst the mugs are £7, but as a special Father’s Day promotion, you can get a matching mug and t-shirt for just £20, until Saturday 15 June.
There is also the framed collection of the five unique match tickets used throughout the 2012.13 season, beautifully presented in a bespoke frame and featuring brief biographies of the featured legends printed on the tickets.
Albert Iremonger, Tommy Lawton, Jimmy Sirrel, Don Masson and Les Bradd are immortalised on the specially designed tickets, which were used to mark the club’s 150th anniversary, with the framed collection retailing at £20.
The club shop is open from 9am to 5pm on Thursday and Friday of this week, as well as 9am to 1pm on Saturday so you have plenty of opportunity to buy your Dad the ideal gift for Father’s Day this year.
