Notts fan Adam Rodgers is all set to run for Nottinghamshire Hospice in the Robin Hood Half Marathon in September...
The Kopite season ticket holder first came across the charity through the Official Site when the club and the Football League supported the local hospice to raise funds throughout the 2011.12 season.
Adam, who has already guaranteed his seat for next season along with his father and his sons Leo and Fynn, is looking forward to a new challenge.
He told the Official Site: “It is a completely new challenge for me but something I am enjoying and looking forward to.
“Completing the half marathon will personally be a great achievement, but also a great way to support a charity, in this case Nottinghamshire Hospice.
“I came across the charity through the Official Site and started to follow them on Twitter. I checked out their website and seen the great things they do. My plan is to raise over £500, hopefully with the help of Notts fans that want to donate.
“My training is going well and is keeping me busy through the summer with no football to watch!”

Back in the 2011.12 season the Magpies raised over £6,175 for Nottinghamshire Hospice and we hope Adam can add further to that total.
