2013.14 Fixtures Released

19 June 2013

The fixtures for the 2013.14 season were released by the Football League on Wednesday morning...

Having already found out that we face a trip to Sheffield United on the opening weekend of the 2013.14 season, Notts County discovered the remainder of the fixture list on Wednesday morning.

The game at Bramall Lane is one of six historically significant opening weekend fixtures that were announced on Tuesday, as part of the Football League’s 125th anniversary celebrations.

That game will be followed by the visit of Fleetwood Town in the first round of the Capital One Cup, during the week commencing Monday 5 August, before it’s back to League action the following Saturday, when we host Peterborough United here at Meadow Lane.

Some key dates then lie in wait throughout the season, including the visit of newly-promoted Rotherham United on Saturday 31 August, another big home tie against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday 16 November and a Boxing Day trip to Port Vale.

Notts will welcome in 2014 at Meadow Lane, with Bradford City the visitors on New Year’s Day, with Sheffield United, Walsall and Gillingham all travelling to Nottingham that month too.

February sees Chris Kiwomya’s men travel to the Molineux to take on Wolves in one of the most highly-anticipated away days of the season, whilst the final game of the campaign also sees us on the road, against Oldham Athletic.

The full list of provisional fixtures are available now by clicking here, but all dates and kick-off times are subject to change, with at least two fixtures, against Brentford on Saturday 30 November, and against Gillingham on Tuesday 28 January, clashing with Nottingham Forest home fixtures at present.

Further details on all confirmed dates and kick-off times will follow as soon as they are confirmed.

If you haven’t already booked your seat for the 2013.14 campaign, a season ticket is the quickest, cheapest and easiest way to ensure that you see all of the action here at Meadow Lane. Click here to book your seat today.

For less than £15 a match, an adult and child can see every kick of league action here at Notts throughout the season. Plus, everyone who purchases their ticket before Friday 28 June will be automatically entered into a draw to win a home goalkeeper shirt from last season, signed by all four goalkeepers used in that campaign.

Supporters renewing their season ticket from last season also have until Friday 28 June to reserve their same seat before it is released for general sale.
