Football in the Community at Notts County FC is seeking highly motivated and energetic apprentice to work full time within the award-winning charity’s sports coaching team.
The one-year programme to start this July (2013) will offer opportunities for driven 16 to 18 year olds, who are passionate about sport and developing a career in the sports industry.
Applicants must be able to work individually and as part of a team, possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work to high standards.
You will learn to develop session plans, build your communication skills, become comfortable at working with different sections of the community, gain confidence and experience as a coach, and eventually be able to lead sessions on your own.
While working for us, you will undertake an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Activity Leadership. You will also have the opportunity to work toward qualifications in Sports Coaching.
All learners must undergo a full CRB check.
