Notts County youth team was treated to an action-packed day on the tracks, thanks to their sponsor.
On-Call Recruitment kindly paid for the Under-18 squad to enjoy a highly competitive session on the Go-Karting track in Langar.
The players split into pairs and were given 15 minutes to set the best possible times.
Reco Fyfe and Rhys Myers set the best time to take the gold medal and they were joined by Brad McGowan and Tyler Guy in second and head of Academy coaching Andy McMillan and physio Tom Jenkins.
Andy said: “The lads thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a great day on the track but I’d keep them off the streets of Nottingham!
“Adrian has kindly paid for this and has come down and mixed in with the lads and we couldn’t thank him enough for doing that.
“Getting them together over Christmas time, it’s good for the team spirit that we’ve created and it’s really good, as a department to enjoy a day like this.”
