Duo To Join Hall Of Fame

23 December 2013

Notts County are delighted to announce that two more legends of the club are to be inducted into our Official Hall of Fame early next year.

Iconic frontman Tommy Lawton and his former Meadow Lane strike partner Jackie Sewell will both have their names added to the Notts County Hall of Fame at a special pre-match hospitality before our Sky Bet League 1 home game against Sheffield United on Saturday 11 January.

Tommy Lawton’s son, Tom, will be in attendance, alongside Jackie Sewell, for pre-match hospitality in the Wheeler’s Suite ahead of the game against Sheffield United, when they will talk about the part that Notts County has played in their lives, with BBC Radio Nottingham’s Colin Slater hosting proceedings.

To book your place for this unique hospitality experience, call the commercial team on 0115 9557 241, or email sales@nottscountyfc.co.uk, with prices starting at just £37.50 +VAT for our two-course Gold Package, or £55 +VAT for our three-course Platinum Package.

Legendary manager Jimmy Sirrel was the inaugural inductee into the Official Notts County Hall of Fame when it was first setup as part of the club’s 150th anniversary celebrations.

The Hall of Fame is designed to recognise and honour the outstanding contribution made by those who have represented Notts County Football Club and is sure to see some prestigious names added as it grows over the coming years.

Who would you like to see added to the Official Notts County Hall of Fame? We will be letting fans choose who should be added at future events and would welcome your input, so please email media@nottscountyfc.co.uk with your suggestions and a brief explanation of why you would nominate that person.
