First team manager Shaun Derry and assistant manager Greg Abbott have both signed up for Notts County Lifeline.
The duo join almost 2,000 members, who are in the hat to win prizes of up to £1,000 every week – not forgetting the bonus packages of £10,000, a holiday and a car.
Lifeline membership fees have also allowed the scheme to pump £105,000 into the club during 2013 and the six-figure donations make a significant impact each year.
Derry, who was a player at Meadow Lane early in his career, is well aware of the support that Lifeline provides for the club each year and was all too happy to sign on the dotted line.
He told the official site: “When I was a player we were all in Lifeline and I’m glad to see that the tradition has continued with our first team squad.
“Since returning, myself and Greg have already seen the work that goes on with Lifeline and it was an easy decision to sign up.
“We hear the chairman has won a few times so I’m hoping to see my name in with the winners soon.”
Membership costs only £2 a week and enters you into the weekly draw.
