Notts County fans have a big part to play in helping the team to achieve their first Sky Bet League 1 of the 2013.14 campaign this weekend.
The Black & White Army turned out in their numbers at Anfield in midweek to inspire a dramatic second half comeback against Premier League Liverpool.
This Saturday at Meadow Lane (3pm kick-off), attention turns to league action, as the Magpies prepare to take on Rotherham United who are unbeaten in their opening four Sky Bet fixtures.
“The fans were amazing against Liverpool and I don’t think we could have done it without them, because the support was tremendous,” midfielder Joss Labadie told Magpie Player.
“Being out on the pitch when the fans are positive and screaming has an effect on us and we play better.
“We obviously need to give them something to shout about and we need to start performing at Meadow Lane and bringing the fans back.
“If they come here in full force and shout their heads off, I’m sure that we’ll respond on the pitch.”
