Notts County supporters can now cast their vote for Player of the Year.
Fans must submit their selection by emailing media@nottscountyfc.co.uk.
All entries must include:
NAME
AGE
TELEPHONE NUMBER
Everyone that votes will have the chance of winning two match tickets to a home league game of their choice in the new season.
The Fans' Player of the Year Award will be presented at the End of Season Awards Night on Tuesday 30 April 2013 but the deadline for entries is 5pm on Wednesday 10 April 2013.
