Labadie Recalled From Loan Spell

3 April 2013

Notts County can confirm that midfielder Joss Labadie has been recalled from his loan spell at npower League 2 side Torquay United.

Labadie, who moved to Meadow Lane last summer, went out on loan in March in a bid to gain regular first team game time and seized his opportunity in some style, scoring four times in seven appearances for the Gulls.

As part of the loan deal that took the 22-year-old to Plainmoor, Notts included a clause allowing us to recall Labadie at 24 hours’ notice, an option that the club have now taken up.

Labadie will now be available for Saturday’s trip to high-flying AFC Bournemouth, with fellow midfielder Alan Judge due to start the first of his two-game suspension.
