Fans Memories Needed For New Book

11 September 2012

Back Of The Net Publishing are looking for fans memories for a new book to raise money for the J&J Fund...

Fresh from selling out of issue one of new Notts County fanzine Black & White, it’s creators Back Of The Net Publishing (BOTN) today announced they’re to start fundraising for the Jimmy & Jack Statue Fund with a new book written by the club’s supporters.

BOTN are looking for Magpies fans to come forward with their favourite tales from the club’s 150 years.

It can be anything: a favourite game, the best goal you've ever seen, that most memorable away day, a player you've most admired over the years.

They don't even have to be the best moments - if you've a tale to tell from Meadow Lane’s darker days they can always make room for those as well.

As it's Notts County's 150th year, BOTN needs 150 supporters to come forward. What’s required is simple enough:

Your name
Your location
Your age
Your story in 200 words maximum
A photo of yourself (not mandatory – just preferred!)

That's all it takes. If at all possible, supplying a photo to accompany your story would be fantastic as well! BOTN would love to feature just fan taken images if at all possible. Even if you've got photos but don’t want to share a story, get in touch.

The address to send submissions to is stu@BOTNpublishing.co.uk - the sooner they start coming in the better!

All the profits made from the title will be paid to the Jimmy & Jack Statue Fund.
