Bialkowski: Just Doing My Job

30 September 2012

Goalkeeper pleased with his role in Saturday's draw at Bramall Lane...

Bartosz Bialkowski felt that his performance against Sheffield United was his best so far in a Notts County shirt.

Bialkowski put in a man of the match performance at Bramall Lane and helped the Magpies to earn a 1-1 draw.

A string of fine saves, including three remarkable stops in the first half, kept Notts in the game and provided a platform for Lee Hughes to grab a 76th minute equaliser.

Speaking on Magpie Player, Bialkowski said: “It probably was my best game, as I was a little bit busier in previous matches.

“I’m just doing my job, as a goalkeeper it’s important to start a game really well.

“I managed to do that and every minute I was out there I was feeling more confident.

“I feel like I can improve and in every game I’m feeling better and better, and more confident.

“I’m trying to do my best in every game and I’m just enjoying playing football for Notts County”
