Grateful For The Club's Support

29 November 2012

Local children were invited to witness the recent home victory as part of a partnership...

Youngsters from around Nottingham were given a chance to watch the Magpies in action earlier this month, as the club generously made 500 tickets available.

The children who come from disadvantaged communities were invited to attend as part of the ever-growing partnership between Sporting HEARTS and Notts.

The youngsters watched on in the Family Stand and had a fantastic view of Alan Judge's brilliant strike in the 1-0 victory against Swindon Town.

HEARTS’ Managing Director Paul Lowe told the Official Site: “As a charitable organisation, we rely on the support of key players and organisations to help us achieve our goal of making life better for these young people.

"Notts County Football Club has proven – time and time again – to be top of the league in this respect and we are extremely grateful for their unswerving support.

"It really is difficult to put into words how much something like this means to some of these youngsters. I hope to be able to be inviting the beneficiaries of this much-appreciated initiative back for forthcoming games."
