Further Signed Stamps Available

8 November 2012

A second batch of signed Royal Mail commemorative stamp sheets are to go on sale...

Due to unprecedented demand for signed copies of the Royal Mail commemorative stamp sheet that went on sale this morning, Notts County have arranged for a second batch of autographed copies to be released on Friday 9 November.

The specially produced stamp sheet, which has been launched in partnership between the club and Royal Mail to commemorate Notts County’s 150th anniversary, features 10 first class stamps bearing images relating to key individuals and moments in the club’s history.

A standard, unsigned sheet is priced at £14.95 and Notts purchased the first 500 of the limited edition run to sell in the club shop, with the first 150 of these signed by Meadow Lane legends Les Bradd and Don Masson, who both feature on stamps.

However, with these 150 signed copies all but selling out by lunchtime on the first day of going on sale, the club have decided to release a second batch from our unsigned stock, which will be signed by Masson and Bradd in the club shop on Friday morning.

Whilst not wanting to detract from the unique nature of the 150 that were initially signed, the club feel that due to the staggering demand, it was only right to ensure that as many Notts fans as possible could get hold of one of these truly unique pieces of club memorabilia.

The only place that you can buy one of the signed stamp sheets is through the club shop and they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, there will be no further signed copies released after this second batch. Once they are gone, they are gone, so make sure you order your piece of Notts history.

The second batch of signed stamp sheets will be available from 10:30am on Friday morning, priced at £29.95 each, although pre-orders are being taken by phone on 0115 9557 200 ahead of this to meet demand.

A small number of unsigned stamp sheets are also still available from the club shop, priced at £14.95, or Royal Mail have a larger stock available online at or by calling 08457 641 641.
