Bart: Time To Turn It Around

8 November 2012

Goalkeeper speaks to the club's official matchbook ahead of the Crawley clash…

Bartosz Bialkowski sees no reason why the Magpies cannot bring their away form back to Meadow Lane for the visit of promotion rivals Crawley Town on Saturday.

Following two disappointing home results against Bournemouth and Doncaster Rovers, Notts have responded well.

Netting four without reply, Keith Curle's side have claimed back-to-back wins over Portsmouth and Colchester.

Bialkowski insists that the players are just as frustrated as supporters about recent fixtures on home soil but confidence is high and Notts are ready to start making Meadow Lane a place to be feared.

“The home form has been really frustrating, because we want to win every game, especially at home when our fans are watching us," the stopper told #themag.

"We’ve lost four home games in the league this season and we need to work on that.

“We’re confident that we can turn it around here, and I believe that we can win away and home as well.

"It’s only the start of the season and the season is so long.

“The start of the season is really important and we’ve done really well.

"We should be proud of what we’re doing and obviously we want to go up automatically.

“I believe we’ve got a really good squad and everyone is getting to know each other, we’re playing quite well and improving all the time.

"We just need to sort out our home form and I believe that we can do that today against Crawley.

“Every game is a different story but we just need to go out there and play our way.

"We’ve got so many attacking options up front, with fantastic players who can score goals – and we’ve proved that.”
