A look ahead to this weekend's friendlies...

It’s set to be a busy weekend for the Notts County squad as they anticipate two pre-season friendlies.

First team manager Keith Curle will take the majority of first team players to  The Silverlands, where they will take on NPL Premier Division outfit Buxton.

A Notts County XI, headed up by development squad manager Chris Kiwomya, will also face Ilkeston at the New Manor Ground.

The Magpies returned to pre-season last Tuesday and have been working hard to prepare for these games, which will take preparations for the 2012.13 campaign to the next level.

Live commentary will be available for the Buxton match on Magpie Player. Look out for further information on Saturday.
