Free health checks from Notts County Football in the Community are available later this month.
Come along to get a free health check at one of the following dates and places:
23 July: 12pm-2pm. Bulwell Riverside Joint Service Centre (in the library)
24 July: 10am-12pm. Aspley Library
25 July: 10am-12pm. Clifton Library
27 July: 10am-12pm. Radford Library
Free health check involves taking your height and weight to calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index).
If your BMI is over 30 and you are a city resident, you will be offered the option to sign up to FITC's free 12-week Motivate programme, designed for men, as seen on East Midlands Today.
