Alan Judge wants the Notts County fans to keep faith in the squad, as they look to climb back into the Play-Off places this weekend.
A big of negativity has crept in over the last week, following back-to-back home defeats to Brentford and Rotherham United.
However, Notts head into Saturday’s encounter with Leyton Orient (3pm kick-off) just six points off the league leaders, Tranmere Rovers and a point outside the top-six.
Although recent results have gone against the Magpies, Judge is confident of a positive reaction.
“The lads want to get a good run of wins going, especially at home, because obviously they’re the most important games if we’re to get back into the Play-Off places,” he said.
“Our time will come, a lot of teams have had their runs - the likes of Tranmere and Doncaster - and Brentford are on theirs at the minute.
“We’ll take ours when it comes, but sometimes things just don’t click together.
“We want to start winning more games but sometimes you’ve got to grind out the results.”
