FREE Fitness Scheme from Notts County FC Football in the Community...

Motivate is a FREE 12-week fitness programme as seen on East Midlands Today. 

Come along and meet our team of nutritionists and fitness coaches to help you tone up your life and reduce the risk of health related illnesses.

• Can’t afford the gym or mainstream dieting clubs?
• Would you like a fun team of professionals to work with?
• Concerned about your weight and want to do something about it?

Motivate can provide you with a helping hand to get yourself back on top and in charge of your health and fitness with:

• Proven advice to help you modify your eating habits
• Exercise plans and routines you can do at home
• Weekly support from helpful and professional staff 
• A group of people and new friends who share similar problems
• As many sessions as you want a week
• 6 venues across Nottingham to choose from
• No public weigh-in
• And most of all no need to join a gym!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We are looking to recruit people with a BMI over 30, if you are unsure of your BMI we can check this for you, all results will be kept within the scheme.

If you achieve a weight loss of 5 per cent and have 75 per cent attendance you will be able to carry on with us after the 12 weeks to keep you motivated on your goal to a fitter you.

Previous results show that:
100 per cent of participants lost weight during our first 12-week programme
61 per cent of participants lost more than 5 per cent of their body weight
