Come along and meet our team of nutritionists and fitness coaches to help you tone up your life and reduce the risk of health related illnesses.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We are looking to recruit people with a BMI over 30, if you are unsure of your BMI we can check this for you, all results will be kept within the scheme.
If you achieve a weight loss of 5 per cent and have 75 per cent attendance you will be able to carry on with us after the 12 weeks to keep you motivated on your goal to a fitter you.

Previous results show that:
