Use this page to redeem the Generation 8 ticket voucher provided to your child during our recent visit to their school.
Here’s what to do:
- Have your ticket voucher ready – you’ll need it for the next step
- Click the link below, and complete the form in full, ensuring you enter the unique voucher number (which can be found on the front of your ticket voucher) correctly.
Please note: if you need a wheelchair accessible ticket, please call Alice Kelk on 0115 955 7241 instead of filling in this form.
- Once you’ve completed all of the questions push ‘SUBMIT’ at the bottom of the form. You will see a message confirming completion of the form.
- Collect your tickets on match day from the ticket collection point – you will need to confirm the name and address of the parent/guardian provided on the form, but you will not need to provide proof.
