Right Mind

Right Mind is perfect for women who want to improve their mental health, boost their energy levels and meet new people. 

This is a FREE physical activity and social session. It is delivered in a fun and comfortable environment. The sessions vary depending on what the group wants to do from week to week.

Right Mind is perfect for improving women’s mental health. The focus is to relax and enjoy some gentle exercise.

If you’re nervous a member of our team will meet you at reception and talk you through the programme.

Women’s mental health issues affect people from all walks of life. These issues can impact on your daily life in many different ways. Physical activity is proven to alleviate women’s mental health symptoms.

    • Dancing
    • Zumba
    • Basketball
    • Badminton
    • Rounders
    • Soccercise
    • Handball

Sessions take place at the Portland Centre every week at the following times.
