Head of Income Development

Notts County FC Community Programme is poised at an exciting stage of its development and is seeking a dynamic and effective Head of Income Development to take the charity to its next stage of growth. You will work with our CEO and Board of Trustees to develop the profile of Notts County Football in the Community (FITC) and build successful relationships with major donors, corporate organisations and trusts and foundations.

Duty Manager

Job Title: Duty Manager

Responsible to: Leisure Manager

Responsible for: Lifeguards

Salary range: £19,000 - £22,000

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team. The ideal candidate must be forward thinking, passionate about delivery, provide excellent customer service with a smile and pride.

For this role as Duty Manager you will be responsible for the Pool side of The Portland Centre.

You’ll also need to

  • Serve as a customer service liaison between members and management
  • Assist with emergency shift cover where required
  • Act as a club ambassador
  • Always look presentable and portray high levels of professionalism
  • Be able to work on weekends and Bank Holidays

Swimming Teacher

Job Title: Swimming Teacher
Responsible to: Swim Coordinator
Responsible for: N/A
Salary range: depending on qualification all rates are per hour

Swim England Level 1 £8.21 / Swim England Level 1 with lifeguard £10.25
Swim England Level 2 £12.50 / Swim England Level 2 lifeguard £15.75

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at The Portland Centre as we are recruiting for Swimming Teachers.

Role purpose: 
• To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody participating in swimming lessons. 
• Regularly checking/risk assessing all pool/poolside areas and the efficient organisation of all lessons to the required governing standards. 
• To take responsibility for all aspects of the daily operations of classes, ensuring your classes are varied, organised, safe and fun for all those participating.
