Les Bradd

Inducted 24 October 2019

Born on 5 November 1947, our record goal-scorer netted 137 times in 398 appearances in our black and white stripes.

Les started his career playing for Rotherham United but his spell at Millmoor was a brief one and he only scored once for them, which, ironically, was against us.

When Jimmy Sirrel joined as our manager in 1969, Les became one of the first names on the Scot's teamsheet and between 1970 and 1972 he formed a formidable partnership with Tony Hateley, who himself scored over 100 goals for us.

Les has worked as an ambassador for the club for many years following his retirement from the game and received a long overdue induction into our Hall of Fame shortly before his 72nd birthday.
