Find out how to purchase tickets using our online ticketing site...
To purchase season tickets or match tickets online at www.nottscountydirect.co.uk you will need to register an account.
If you have already registered your details at the ticket office, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT.
You will already have an account set up and can access this using your four-digit client reference number, which can be found on your season card, along with your surname and postcode.
If you are not a season ticket holder but have already registered an account you can access it by entering the email address and password that you selected when setting up the account.
To register a new account, simply enter your surname and a valid e-mail address and you will be taken to the account registration page.
Once you have registered an account, simply click on the 'Season Ticket' tab at the top of the page, then click 'Choose Seats' to either renew your season ticket, if applicable, or to pick your preferred location in the stadium and process your order.
BUYING MATCH TICKETS
If you are buying match tickets, simply click on the 'Event Tickets' tab at the top of the screen, choose the game that you would like to buy tickets for and either select 'Quick Seats' to have the system pick seats for you, or click on 'Choose Seats' to manually select your preferred location.
ADDING FAMILY AND FRIENDS
To add friends or family who are also season ticket holders to your account, enabling you to purchase their match tickets at the same time, simply click on 'My Account' at the top of the page and select 'Friends & Family'.
You will be able to purchase one ticket for every member of your friends and family group who is a season ticket holder.
