Experienced powerhouse forward Delroy joined Notts County on the eve of the 2008/09 season after leaving fellow League Two rivals Gillingham.
The former Huddersfield Town trainee was a long-term target of Manager Ian McParland, who was keen to bring Facey to Meadow Lane to add a physical presence to his frontline.
A striker who creates opportunities as well as taking them himself, he is viewed as a very important member of the squad.
