Lively young striker Ben signed a five-month contract with Notts County in August 2008 after an impressive pre-season trial.
Ben scored twice in five appearances and showed enough in training and match situations to earn himself a contract with the Club.
A slight striker with bags of pace and ability, Ben began his career with local rivals Nottingham Forest. Having progressed through the Reds' Academy he earned a professional contract, but failed to make an appearance for the first team.
