Bio:
Graeme was signed from Bradford City on a two-year deal in June 2009 with a wealth of experience.
Prior to his arrival the centre-back had clocked up over 400 career appearances and had experienced plenty of success.
Not only did he play an integral part in promotions with Hartlepool United and Sheffield Wednesday, he netted the winning goal in Doncaster's Johnstone's Paint Trophy win in 2007.
More achievements followed during his first season in the black and white stripes, as the team were crowned League 2 champions.
He added steel and height to the backline, and even chipped in with a handful of goals - including two stunning diving headers.
