More About… Dagenham & Redbridge:
The Daggers have taken phenomenal strides forward since their formation in 1992 - following a merger between Redbridge Forest and Dagenham.

They stepped up into the Football League as Conference champions in 2006/07 and took the next step last season with a Play-Off Final win over Rotherham United.

Their home ground is Victoria Road, a 6,078 capacity stadium, with 2,200 seats.

Memorable Meeting:
Notts fans will be able to recall two memorable meetings from last season's League 2 title campaign.

In two 3-0 scorelines, County fired six goals past the Daggers in total, claiming six points.

The first game at Meadow Lane saw Lee Hughes, Karl Hawley and Johnnie Jackson find the net.

At Victoria Road, Hughes scored again, in addition to Ben Davies and an Abu Ogogo own goal.

Played For Both:
Ian Richardson, who is now Activity Manager for Notts County's Football in the Community programme, performed for both outfits.

The centre-back started his career with the Daggers in 1994 but was soon snapped up by Birmingham City for a fee of £6,000.

A loan spell with Notts led to a £200,000 permanent move to Meadow Lane, which was definitely regarded as good business.

Richardson spent nine years with the club, making 297 appearances and scoring 31 times.

He also stepped in as Manager following the departure of Gary Mills in November, 2003, and guided the club to Football League safety.

One To Watch:
21 goals throughout 2009/10 makes Dagenham striker Paul Benson an obvious threat in tomorrow's meeting.

Picked up from the Essex Intermediate league, where he scored 96 goals in two years, he has been a regular on the scoresheet over the past three seasons in League 2.

Now he is looking to prove himself in League 1 and the Notts' backline will certainly be wary of his presence in the final third.

In The Dugout:
John Still has worked miracles with Dagenham since taking over in 2004, steering them to two promotions.

Lower league achievements in abundance, Still had previously taken Redbridge Forest into the Conference in 1991.

His eye for talent and knowledge of the lower leagues is something that has enabled him to achieve such success.

Although they might be tipped as one of the favourites for relegation this term, Daggers' fans will have confidence in him to continue their remarkable upward climb.

Form Guide:
The Daggers have only played one League 1 match this term, due to their match with Exeter being called off last weekend, following the passing away of Adam Stansfield.

In their opening day fixture against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough, they were beaten 2-0.

In the Carling Cup, away at MK Dons, they were eliminated in a 2-1 scoreline.
