Notts County can confirm that, due to overwhelming demand for the limited remaining stock of the special 150th Anniversary shirt, it will no longer be placed on general sale from Monday, January 30.

As demand is expected to outweigh supply for the shirts, it has been decided that a ballot, that is open to all Vice Presidents, season ticket holders and Member 75s for either this season or the 2012/13 campaign, would be the fairest way to make the shirts available for sale.

The club appreciates that due to work commitments and other prior engagements, not everyone who wanted to purchase a shirt from the limited stock would have been able to make it down to Meadow Lane on Monday morning and, as such, have decided that the ballot is a much fairer and open way to offer the shirts for sale.

Those wishing to purchase one of the initial delivery of shirts are asked to either email magpiestore@nottscountyfc.co.uk, call 0115 9557 200, or fill in a form in the club shop, stating their name, customer number (which can be found on your season card or Member 75 card), the size that they require and their contact details, no later than 1pm on Friday, February 3.

The draw for each shirt size will then take place on the afternoon of Friday, February 3 and those that are lucky enough to be drawn out will be contacted straight away and will be able to collect and pay for their shirt from Saturday, February 4, when we host Stevenage here at Meadow Lane.

Entries are strictly limited to one per person and those drawn out will be entitled to purchase just one shirt, with winning numbers restricted by availability in each shirt size.

It was confirmed recently that the new look shirt has been chosen as the design for the first team home kit for the 2012/13 season, so those not lucky enough to be drawn out in the ballot will still be able to purchase the shirt later in the year.
