Fully Committed

Posted on: Mon 30 Aug 2010

Ben Davies will continue to give his all for Notts County Football Club, unless he is told otherwise.

The creative midfielder, who Manager Craig Short describes as the best set-piece taker outside the Premiership, has been linked with a move away from Meadow Lane.

But in an interview with Magpie Player after Saturday's game against Bournemouth, he spoke of his love for the club.

Speaking to Magpie Player, he said: "I'm a Notts player and I'm committed to playing for the club.

"It may be different, it may be out of my hands but as of yet I'm a Notts County player.

"I've only heard it from the press, not from the club or Derby, so as far as I'm concerned we've got Sheffield Wednesday on Wednesday night."
