Ahead of the kick-off for tomorrow's game with Dagenham & Redbridge, the club will be holding a minute's applause.

This is to pay tribute to 16-year-old County fan Terri Sheppard, who tragically passed away last week.

Head of Communications Jamie Dixon said: "Notts County are a family and news of any death is felt throughout the entire club, from the players and staff to the supporters and beyond, but when it is someone so young it is particularly hard to take in.

"Nobody at the club can even begin to comprehend the pain that Terri's family and friends must be feeling.
"While it is in some ways pleasing to think that Notts County brought Terri so much happiness in her life, that is little comfort when trying to come to terms with their loss.

"We are delighted that the Football League have agreed to our request for a minute's applause to be held prior to this weekend's game against Dagenham and Redbridge and we would ask all Notts supporters to join in this celebration of Terri's life.

"Above all though, the thoughts and sympathies of everyone involved with Notts County go out to Terri's family and friends at this most difficult of times."

The match will kick-off at 3pm on Saturday, August 21.
