Jervis Loan Move Completed

The club can confirm that Birmingham striker Jake Jervis has joined the club on loan until January.

The 6ft 3ins frontman adds even more options to the team's attack, following the signing of Kevin Smith on Monday.

He will act as cover for Luke Rodgers, who is expected to be sidelined for six or seven weeks following ankle surgery.

Last season Jervis enjoyed a month on loan at Hereford United, where he netted twice in seven games.

Contrary to media reports, the deal was only confirmed this morning.

Football League clearance is still being waited on to determine whether he will be available for tomorrow's game.
