Submit your footage of the Magpies' championship winning season by Monday, May 17:

Notts County Football Club, in association with Hero Sports Media & Promotions, is producing a DVD to celebrate the club's title success.

As part of the project we are looking for input from the supporters, which will see their footage included in a section of the DVD.

If you have any interesting footage that you have taken throughout the season, attach it to an email and send it to archive@nottscountyfc.co.uk.

These can also include messages to the players, congratulating them on a fantastic campaign.

Please remember to include your name and contact details so that you can be credited in the end of season package.

Fans can pre-order their copy of the end of season DVD in the club shop for £13.
