Forms are available in the club shop and on the Supporters Club website for fans to vote for their Player of the Year.

A box with betting slips is situated on the counter, allowing supporters to select their top performer this term.

The Fans' Player of the Year winner will be announced at the Awards Dinner in just over a month's time

A number of accolades will be presented on the night, including:

Player of the Year
Manager's Player of the Year
Players' Player of the Year
Golden Boot Award
Youth Manager's Player of the Year
Youth Players' Player of the Year
Most Improved Youth Player of the Year

Also included will be a Goal of the Season Award, which will be voted for on the night by those in attendance.

Doors will open at 7pm on Tuesday, May 4, with the evening kicking off at 7.30pm in the 1862 Suite.

Dress code will be lounge suits and tables of ten can be booked at a price of £550.

Players and the management team will all be present, along with members of the board and Colin Slater, who will host the event.
