Jim Rodwell was present at the Notts County ticket office this evening to sell the first season ticket for the 2010/11 campaign.

First in line to buy their ticket was 15-year-old Ben Pearce, who was evidently delighted to meet the club's chief executive.

Ben wanted to reserve his ticket early out of excitement for the new season.

"I think we're definitely going to go up this year," he explained.

"We should get second, if not first, with our games in hand.

"I'm confident that we'll be playing in League One and I can't wait!"

After handing over £50 for his junior ticket, the young Magpie expressed that he was confident in the side's ability to pick up three points tonight against Chesterfield.

He predicted: "I reckon we're going to win 3-1 tonight with Hughesy grabbing a hat-trick."

More fans were in line to purchase their season tickets, which went on sale at 5pm.
