Jog with Johnno on Sunday
Youth team coach Michael Johnson will be embarking on a 30 mile run this Sunday in aid of the Haiti earthquake victims.
Starting at Meadow Lane from 9am on March 7, Johnson will be running to Holme Pierrepont.
Johnson is encouraging as many people to get involved as possible, whether it's running with him or contributing to the fund raising.
He explained: "It's ridiculous what's happened over there, the amount of lives that have been lost.
"The infrastructure of the country's gone, there's so many homeless, children without their parents, it's a disaster.
"Hopefully during the next few weeks, there'll be a few more personalities, staff at the club and people from Nottingham joining to help raise money for this cause.
"Even if people want to run part of the distance with us, they can do.
"The more people we can get involved the better, because it will ultimately go to helping those that need help following the earthquake."
All money raised will be donated to Oxfam's Haiti Emergency Response Appeal
Oxfam is helping survivors of the Haiti earthquake begin the long process of recovery with cash-for-work projects, water, sanitation and shelter.
