Commenting on the completion of the takeover, Peter Trembling said: "I firmly believe this is a momentous day for all those involved with Notts County, particularly for the club's loyal supporters. Munto is committed to making funds available in a structured and sensible manner that enables Peter Trembling and his team to carry out their strategic plan to return stability and success to the world's oldest football league club.

This includes:

* continue to make funds available to Ian McParland to improve the current squad; in particular focussing on signing experienced players with proven ability and leadership qualities;

* improve off field facilities to attract, retain and develop young talent to the club, with an eye on future success;

* manage the club in a responsible manner, introducing commercial and financial disciplines, to ensure that after an initial period of investment, the Club is able to steadily rise through the tables depending upon its own resources and become an established Championship side within 5 years;

* capitalise on the unique opportunity afforded by the club's proud heritage and history (as the world's oldest football league club) to attract new sponsors, commercial, community and sporting partners;

* improve all areas of the physical infrastructure associated with the football side of the club, including: upgrading the ground and pitch and investing in the training, medical, and youth academy facilities;

* build closer links with all aspects of the community in Nottingham; local government, schools, charities and other local bodies; and

* invest in the stadium and surrounding area to create a year-round family centric venue that will include top class restaurants, modern and convivial dining experiences, crèche facilities, as well as high quality conference and banqueting.

Peter Trembling, added: "We want to create an exciting match-day and all year round Meadow Lane experience and our investment programme is planned to deliver long term stability.

"The investment programme will ensure the financial stability, community involvement and success of Notts County both on and off the park.

"We are showing our commitment to the club and the surrounding community and I hope that we can attract many more people to this unique club over the coming years."
