After Saturday's stunning 4-0 victory at Barnet three Notts County players have been named in this week's League Two 'Team of the Week'.

Unsurprisingly hat-trick hero Jonathan Forte has been named in the select XI after bagging all three goals in the first half of his debut at Underhill.

The 22-year-old is joined in this week's team by fellow loanee John Thompson and leading scorer Richard Butcher.

Thompson put in another rock-solid display at the back as Ian McParland's men claimed their second successive clean sheet.

Butcher meanwhile set Notts on their way after seven minutes at Underhill with a well-taken volley, his seventh goal of the campaign.
